This waterfall is located on the Hudson River near where the Mohawk River joins both rivers in Cohoes/Watervliet.
The waterfall is classified as a cascade, but is very pretty none the less. At peak flow the cascade can barely be made out from the turbulent rapids of the river, but during normal flow offers up a very nice scenic view from Peebles Island.
