Help us find a name for this waterfall!
*No Known Name – This waterfall has no actual name and does not seem to appear in any other documentation.
In the past, I have written to several local individuals, but no one has been able to provide any information about this set of falls.
These are located on a two lane secondary road, which is paved. After turning onto the road and traveling about 200 yards, you will have to park on the shoulder and walk into the woods to find the creek. From there you will only need to walk upstream a short way to find the main set of waterfalls while passing other smaller falls and cascades on your way.
The waterfall is about 8′ to 10′ high and has a crest of about 20′ and has several other much smaller drops downstream from the main set. It is in a very beautiful area, filled with many other places to visit.
Be careful not to walk too far upstream as it is posted past the falls.
