Comments/Notes: From the small parking area by the road, you will enter the woods. The very first section of the trail back to the river is not clearly marked, so you will need to pay attention to the green paint marked on the trees. The trail goes to the left and down through some mucky areas. As you reach the river, the path is more clearly defined and easy to follow. The trail comes to the portion of the river that holds Powerline Falls. At this point you are .1 miles from the road. To continue on the trail to Shurform Rapids, just follow the trail upstream for an additional .3 miles. The section of trail between Powerline Falls and Shurform Rapids is very nice and easy going. The Moose River trail continues all the way up to Agers Falls.
