This little park is the perfect stop point if traveling near Wolcott!

Wolcott Falls is a 25′ waterfall found in the aptly named Wolcott Falls Park and is easily accessed from a wide trail system that starts at the upper grassy field next to the parking area and ends near the bottom of the waterfall.

From the top viewing platform, located right next to the parking area, you can see the entire waterfall, although a little obstructed by some of the overgrowths of the cliff wall. There is also a bulletin board with other area information that can be referenced.

There is much to be desired about the area at the bottom of the falls due to the water growing stagnant during the hotter months, so if you truly wish to enjoy the visit it is suggested to plan a trip during cooler weather, possibly even after a nice heavy snow.

Wolcott Falls Park is open year round, but the trails are not maintained during the winter. Although the park is located central to the town, it is not heavily visited.
