There are two parking areas. If the lower parking area is full there is additional parking .1 mile east.
You can view the falls really well from the lower parking area, where you can also walk across the riverbed for a closer view of the falls. Be careful as the rocks can be slippery when wet.
There are a few picnic tables and porta potties.
To reach the Lower Falls use the trail at the end of the lower parking area. It is not clearly marked, and is part of the Moose River Hiking Trail. The trail is marked with green paint on the trees. Take this trail for about .2 miles and it will bring you to the Lower Falls.
You will have to leave the trail and walk towards the river where you will come to what appears to be an island type area. You can rock hop across this area for a close view of the falls. Also, take a moment and look back upstream for a long distance view of Agers Falls.
If you were to continue on this trail, it would bring you to Shurform Falls at .3 miles from Agers Lower Falls, and then Powerline Falls in another .3 miles. If you were to continue to the end it brings you out at the parking area for the two aforementioned waterfalls. A total of 1 mile one way, 2 miles round trip.
