According to Google/Frozen Rocks Nature Preserve

Several small cascades./drops/ledges on Bowman Creek. As of my visit this section of the Finger Lakes Trail was only open for the first 1/4 mile. Due to logging the rest was closed and the other end was open. Status at this date is unknown to me.

There are 2 options you may take here. We first viewed the falls starting from the bridge on Buckley Hollow Road and then walked up the hill.

We then parked up just past the intersection with Williams Road and walked the section of the Finger Lakes Trail, which gives you a birds eye view of the waterfalls. The FLT trail is clearly marked at the intersection but just on Williams Road. There are 3 main falls here with a good view of the first 2.
